During our first trimester of school students will demonstrate a Physical Fitness Unit.
Skills incorported in this unit are: jogging, jumping rope, hula hooping, jumping with the hula hoop, and jumping in and out of the hoop. Students will participate in a variety of warm-ups (exercise). Students will learn how to take their pulse, and our goal is to be heart healthy. Please let us all pray so we can soon play in our brand new gym!
