St. Anne’s Early Morning and Aftercare Programs 2025/26

Dear Parents,

I am happy to announce that the St. Anne’s Aftercare program is ready for another year!  To register your child(ren) for the 2025 ~ 2026 school year, please complete this Google Form. I will accept applications as soon as they are complete and submitted. Please keep in mind that registrations are processed in the order they are received. If you are unsure of the days/frequency, please still complete the Google Form with your current information to secure your spot.

Early Morning Care Information:

The Early Morning Care Program is available for all full time students in Nursery through  8th Grade.  

This Registration Google Form must be completed prior to the first day that your child(ren) attends in order to participate in the program.

Students can be dropped off to the McCloskey entrance of the school as early as 7:00 AM.  We cannot accept students prior to 7:00 AM. 

Students are permitted to bring a small breakfast and drink with them. 

Students in Grades K - 8 will be brought to their homeroom teacher at 7:40am.  Pre-K students will be brought to their classrooms at 8:30am and Nursery students will be brought to their classroom at 8:45am.

Morning Care Enrollment Options:

Full time monthly: $275.00 - child attends every day

Part-time monthly: $150.00 - child attends 10 or fewer days ($10.00 for each additional day)

25% discount for each additional child

Aftercare Information:

The Aftercare Program is available for all full time students in Nursery through  8th Grade.  

This Registration Google Form must be completed prior to the first day that your child(ren) attends in order to participate in the program.

Your child is welcome to attend Aftercare on the days he/she attends school. He/She will not be permitted to come back to Aftercare once leaving for any reason.

We are open from dismissal until 6:00pm (3 ½ hours) on most regular school days and from 11:30am to 6:00pm (6 ½ hours) on most early dismissal days.

If you have a child with a medical condition that requires medication, a copy of that medication must be submitted to Aftercare before your child can attend. He/She will not be able to attend the program without it. This is separate from the medication submitted to the school nurse.

Your child may be picked up any time before 6:00 pm through the McCloskey doors. There will be a sheet for you to sign upon entering the building. 

Your child should bring a snack and a drink for after school, none will be provided.

In the event of an emergency, please call Aftercare directly at (516) 666-1566. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late and cannot be reached, the first person on the emergency contact list will be contacted, and you will be charged a $20 fee. 

If you are repeatedly late picking up your child, St. Anne’s Aftercare reserves the right to fill your child’s spot for the upcoming month with another child on the waiting list.

All payments for Morning and Aftercare will be processed through the FACTS online payment system.

·         If you use FACTS for your monthly tuition plan, your first Morning/Aftercare payment will be scheduled for the first of each month beginning in September

Please note:  there is a one-time $45 annual sign up fee paid to FACTS per family.  This is in addition to the $30 registration fee paid to St. Anne’s School to secure your spot in our Program.

In order to secure your spot in our program, please sign up for FACTS by 7/15/25.  The $30 registration fee will automatically be deducted on 8/15/25.
